If you discover your product is damaged in transport or has faulty construction please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The damaged items may be returned for a refund however must be in original condition. We cannot accept any item that has been used or damaged by the customer. The customer will incur the cost of return postage. Your money will be credited by the means it was paid or shop credit can be offered towards your next purchase.
